I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone the best 2025 that one can have for the upcoming year. As for this photo blog, the current plan is to get back to posting photos on the 6th of January, the first Monday of the year. So many elements have come together to make this hard. Sickness (as I have come down with a cold/flu/something that’s knocked me down), working full-time, among other things… But the plan is still to get posting again on Jan. 6th.

I meant to do this several days ago, but with the craziness that is the holidays, I just never got around to doing it. Sorry! :)

First, I am doing this on Christmas day, so I want to take a moment and say Merry Christmas and I hope that everyone out there is having a wonderful Christmas, getting to spend time with those that they love.

And second, I wanted to mention that I am taking a break from posting photos on here, mostly because thanks to the craziness, I have for the moment run out of photos and haven’t exactly had the time to go take more. I plan to resume after the new year, so I want to wish everyone on here a Happy New Year as well. Here’s the hoping that 2025 will be a better year for everyone!

If you were to head up to the Arts and Craft Community from downtown Gatlinburg and turn onto Glades Rd., this is the first sight you would see! More bears in lights, plus a toy solder (whose arm “moves” to point you in the right direction!) and a snowman! You couldn’t miss it!

So, I am doing more than one photo today, as last night in Gatlinburg, TN, the yearly Christmas Parade took place! So, here are the photos that I was able to take. It was very cold out there and I actually was on the clock at my job at the time (don’t worry, they were okay with me running out to snap a few photos!). They may not be the best photos, but at least I was able to get a few!
