The Stunning Mountains of the Smokies

I have lived in Sevier County for over 26 years now. I grew up over on the other end of the state of Tennessee as a city boy. My jaw dropped when I moved over here and realized that I now had mountains in my backyard. Still to this day, 26 years later, I am still in awe of that fact.

This photo was taken from the Gatlinburg bypass, which offers an amazing view overlooking the city of Gatlinburg and into the Smoky Mountains.
